Pfaltzgraff Replacement China

Pfaltzgraff is a historic American brand known for its high-quality stoneware and china. The beginning of Pfaltzgraff traces back to 1811 when George F. Pfaltzgraff, a German immigrant, established a small pottery business in York, Pennsylvania. Initially producing simple earthenware and salt-glazed stoneware, the company evolved over the centuries, adapting to changing consumer tastes. By the 20th century, Pfaltzgraff had become a household name, offering a wide range of dinnerware, including fine china and casual stoneware. While its stoneware patterns—including Yorktowne, Folk Art, and  Village—became especially popular, the company also produced elegant china collections with delicate floral motifs and classic designs. Pfaltzgraff remained a family-owned business for nearly 200 years before being acquired by Lifetime Brands in 2005.
